My grandfather Sandro used to tell me this all the time, because even as a child, I was always in a hurry. However, growing up among these vines, I understood his greatest lesson: wine has its own tempo, and we only have the privilege of accompanying it.
Today, this awareness is the heart of our winery. We have a clear mission: to become the benchmark for the Roero.
It is an ambition we pursue not with haste, but with patience, listening, and a conservative craftsmanship.
We believe in a sensitive and responsible agriculture—certified organic since 2014—that guards the land instead of exploiting it. Every choice we make is guided by intellectual honesty: stripping away the superfluous to let the wine speak for itself.
